Raomed is a company specializing in additive manufacturing techniques. We have various 3D printing technologies that allow us to manufacture not only plastic parts, but also medical grade Ti6Al4V.
In addition, we have a Class VIII clean area that allows us to guarantee high reliability in the manufacture of implantable medical devices.
SLM (Selective Laser Melting) Material: Ti6Al4V
Dedicated manufacturing line for Titanium alloy Ti6Al4V. Extreme precision manufacturing method, without morphological restrictions and capable of replicating any light engineering structure, or osseointegrable structures for medical implants.
SLA (Stereolitography) Material: Light-curing resins
Through the photopolymerization of different resins, this 3D printing technology allows to achieve pieces with a unique level of resolution. In addition to this, transparent or translucent finishing parts become a very interesting attraction, not only because of their appearance, but also because this property opens a new spectrum for the understanding of different parts of interest within a model.
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) Material: Polymeric filaments
Several machines of this technology are part of our laboratory. We have a variety of filaments and colors for the manufacture of parts.
CJP (ColorJet Printing) Material: Polymeric composite
Full color powder printer, capable of replicating various colors in the same piece, and even structures in degrade.
